The Antioch Waves Swim Team (AWST) is a non-profit organization in Antioch, Illinois that provides competitive swim experience for local youth ages 5-18. Our season begins in early June and runs through late July with daily practices M-F. AWST is a member of the North Central Illinois Swim Conference (NCISC).

Due to the delayed Antioch pool opening, the following revised schedule replaces any previous schedule sent to swim families:

Beginning the morning of June 10, all swimmers in each group are to report poolside at the designated time ready to practice. The overlapping 15 minutes will be used for dryland exercises as directed by coaches.
