The Antioch Waves Swim Team is a member of the North Central Illinois Swim Conference (NCISC). NCISC is comprised of 15 teams divided into two divisions ("A" and "B"). The results of the end-of-season Conference Meet determine the following year's team alignments. The first place team in Division B at the conference meet moves to Division A the following year. The last place team of Division A at the conference meet moves to Division B the following year.
