Antioch Waves Swim Team is hiring a seasonal swim coach for the 2026 summer season, running June 1st through July 22nd, 2026. This role focuses on athlete development, skill progression, fostering confidence and sportsmanship in swimmers aged 5-18.
Practices are held Monday - Friday from 6:30-9:30 AM, with structured, age-appropriate groups. Wednesday swim meets take place in the afternoon/evening and are part of the season along with additional flexible hours for practice and meet preparation.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about developing young athletes, creating an encouraging team culture, and helping swimmers grow.
